I am a research biologist, specialising in freshwater ecology, invasive species, biodiversity and behavioural ecology.
I am a Lecturer in Zoology at the The University of the West Indies, Trinidad. Prior to that, I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews. Much of my work centres around Trinidad and Tobago's freshwater rivers and streams, and their biodiversity.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring other aspects of T&T's natural history, writing about it, and drawing it.
